In America, no one is above the law. Our jurisprudence system was founded on English common law which was a descendant of the Magna Carta. Our founding fathers relied on our constitutional separation of not only church and state but also the separation of powers: Congress, Executive and the Supreme Court. No one is above the law but we have a jurisprudence system that protects individuals from undue and coercive justice by having a court action that presumes innocence before passing final judgement. If I commit a crime I will face a jury of my peers and will be held accountable as all people are in our valued courts. We elect executives to public office to serve the people whether they are affiliated with the republican or democrat or independent or whatever party they are in line with their values. This is our system of government and it has served us well this past 200 years plus since our 1776 Declaration of Independence. This is not fake news but this is the way our nation of laws works regardless of station in life. God bless America,

[ Editor’s Note: Not gonna lie… I’m not 100% sure if this is in regard to the indictment of former President Donald Trump or in regard to the news that Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has basically been getting a bunch of big money gifts, trips and other kickbacks over the past few decades while serving on the Supreme Court… or maybe there’s some other bee in your bonnet that I’m not picking up on. Either way, we are definitely living in a society that puts very little emphasis on ethics these days. I won’t pretend that the politicians and judges of days gone by were saints or an ything but at least they had the decency to act a little embarrassed when they got caught. Remember when Gary Hart dropped out of the presidential race in 1984 because he got caught having an affair.

People KNEW Trump had paid off a porn star when he was running for president and millions and millions of people voted for him anyway… I’m interest-ed so see if anything actually sticks with these charges bu my money is on they won’t…]
