The Woolfolk Public Library in Marion is bringing back its Summer Reading Program after a two-year hiatus. “Imagine Your Story” this summer, with a full slate of fun and educational events, beginning

the Summer Reading Kickoff, and continuing throughout July. For more information, call or visit the library, 100 N. Currie St., (870) 739-3238.

Celebrate the 4th of July early at Tilden Rodgers Park on Friday, June 24, beginning at 5 p.m. This free community event will feature East Arkansas’ largest fireworks display (around 8:45 p.m.). The event will feature food trucks, firetrucks, live music, and more. Bring your lawn chair and sit back and watch the show.

Mark your calendars for the inaugural SSGT Taylor Hoover 5K, honoring one of the Fallen 13 Heroes of Kabul.

Saturday, Sept. 3, at Worthington Park in West Memphis. Food trucks, music, vendors and much more. Additional details coming soon.
