“On May 16th, 2022 at approximately 9 a.m., Marion Police Department executed a search warrant on Park Drive,” explained Marion Police Det. Dustin Burnett. “The search warrant was obtained by the Special Investigations Division of the Marion Police Department.”
Members of the Marion Police Department Special Weapons and Tactics Team, Crittenden County Sheriff’s Department Special Response Team, and Agents with the 2nd Judicial Drug Task Force assisted in executing the search warrant.
“The search warrant was as a result of investigation into illicit drug activity after receiving complaints of high traffic at this location and surveillance and traffic stops being made from this location, which led to multiple drug related arrests,” saif Burnett. “The investigation is still active and ongoing. Marion Police Department would like to thank the Crittenden County Sheriff’s Office, West Memphis Police Department, and the 2nd Judicial Drug Task Force for their assistance.”
