If you missed the West Memphis Christmas parade Tuesday night or the Marion Christmas parade last night — maybe you had to work late, maybe you had a prior engagement, or maybe it was just to darn cold — don’t worry, there’s still a bevy of holiday-themed events coming up that will be sure to stir your Christmas spirit. Here are just a few community gettogethers that are coming up:

Tinsel & Tables

Sponsor and decorate a holiday- themed table for 8 in a unique fundraiser benefitting neurodivergent children, youth and young adults in Crittenden County, tonight, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at The Post Event Center in West Memphis. The cost is $500 for a table or $50 for individual tickets. Tinsel & Tables will feature heavy hors d’oeuvres, drinks, music, a silent auction and prizes for Best Overal Table, Most Creative Table, and Crowd Favorite.

Call (901) 598-7077 for more information or to purchase a table.

Sugar Plum Market

Still have a few items left on your Christmas shopping for a hard-to-shop-for friend, or d you maybe want to pick up something sweet for yourself? If so, then check out the East-Ark Enterprises Sugar Plum Market. The annual commuity bazaar returns this Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at Marion First Baptist Church, 2137 Hwy. 77, in Marion.

Vendors will be offering unique gift ideas to help check off your holiday shopping list, including arts and crafts, food, jewelry, home decor, clothing items and much more.

All proceeds from the Sugar Plum Market benefit EastArk Enterprises’s Sheltered Workshop, serving area special needs adults in the workplace.

Mingle & Jingle

The City of Marion will flip the switch on the holiday season on Saturday, with activities from 4 to 6 p.m., at the Courthouse Square in Marion, culminating with the tree lighting ceremony.
