John David Brown, of Marion, passed away July 9, 2019, at his residence. Roller- Citizens Funeral Home.

Floyd Holmes, 57, of Turrell, passed away Friday, July 5, 2019, at Baptist Crittenden Hospital. He was a farmer. He leaves his wife, Reena Holmes of Turrell; two daughters, Kristen Holmes and Payton Holmes both of Turrell; three sisters, Vanessa Weems of Little Rock, Veronica Harvey and Latasha Noel; and three brothers, Muhammad Ameen of Memphis, Darrell Holmes of Fulshear, Texas and Loutellious Holmes of West Memphis. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., on Friday July 12, at Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church of Turrell, and from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Saturday, also at Union Grove Church, with services following at 11 a.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Paradise Garden Cemetery. Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
