Crittenden County Shooting Team shows their skills
4- H’ers compete in state BB competition
County Extension Agent, 4-H Crittenden County 4-H sent two teams to the Arkansas State BB Tournament held at the Arkansas 4-H Center February 5th and 6th.
Teams were comprised of 4-H members who excelled during their weekly gun safety quizzes and marksmanship practice. The Crittenden County Shooting Sports Club Team consisted of Jerry K., Austin B., Carson S., Sam C., Preston C., and Michael R. The Crittenden County BB Team consisted of Chandler B., Charlie B., Clara B., Gracie G., and Daniel B. After two days of proving their safety knowledge and marksmanship the teams placed 18th and 25th respectively.
While in Little Rock, our 4-H members and families visited the Museum of Discovery and watched a private showing of the World Record Bi-Polar Tesla Cord. Crittenden County 4-H would like to thank all of its generous donors; without these monetary gifts, our youth would be unable to participate in these events. If you would like more information on 4-H please contact Cynthia Rorie at 870-739-3239. Follow us on Facebook: Facebook.com/CrittendenCounty4H.
