Suspect arrested after bomb threat hoax at Bosch

A bomb threat at Bosch Tools on College Boulevard Tuesday prompted swift action by the West Memphis Police Department (WMPD) and ignited a urry of speculation on local social media platforms. Despite the initial alarm, no explosive device was found on the premises, and the incident was ultimately declared a hoax.
The WMPD released a statement later in the day explaining their response, stating that “out of an abundance of caution,” of_cers had secured the area and conducted a “thorough search of the premises with the assistance of specialized units.” Their professional and measured response ensured the safety of employees and nearby residents during the investigation.
Authorities have arrested 19-year-old Aaliyah Janice Tuggles in connection with the threat. According to a source within the WMPD, Tuggles called 911, yelled “Bomb! Bomb! Bomb! Bosch!” and immediately hung up. Acting quickly, police used cell phone triangulation technology to trace the call, locating Tuggles in her vehicle within minutes of the incident.
