I see they arrested four people for killing Fredarrious Wilson. What a horrible

Another day another dumb law from our legislature in Little Rock. Why do these people care where you or I go to the bathroom? How is the government able to tell us which pronouns we can use? Are they that scared of being “corrupted” by drag queens? Is there no limit to how much time and money they can waste on these pointless bills? [Editor’s Note: Short answers, in order … I don’t know. I don’t think they actually can. Probably so. And apparently not. Longer version… It’s that same old boogeyman mentality: I don’t want no man dressing up like no woman so he can watch my wife or daughter pee! Just the dumbest never-happened thing to actually pass a law about. Oh, and who knows what dangers lurk by calling a biological girl “he” or “they,” right? The whole anti-drag thing would almost be funny if it wasn’t actually, literally stomping all over several constitutional amendments. And yes, if you listen carefully, you can probably actually hear the sound of this hyper-conservative legislature flushing our state’s reserves down the drain with their so-called limited government, as the new governor rubber stamps it all with her approval … completely shameful, no matter which party you support]

group of individuals. Clearly this young man was targeted. And there is clearly more going on here than what they are saying! [Editor’s Note: Oh, there is definitely more going on in that case than “what they are saying” – in fact, that’s pretty much what they are saying. I’m sure as the case gets investigated, more details will be revealed, but for now, let’s all just focus on the fact that yet another local young person’s life was cut short by tragedy and gun violence. We can pray and mourn and offer condolences, but at the end of all that, we simply must take real action to keep this trend from continuing] I will never eat in a West Memphis restaurant ever again! Long waits, wrong orders can’t get refills. It’s the same at all of them. I will cook at home or go across the bridges, Marion is not any better! [Editor’s Note: I feel like this is a bit of a generalization. I mean, I’m not saying you didn’t have a bad dining experience… I have had my share from time to time, but there are certainly local eateries who have provided and continue to provide excellent customer service. I will note, two things: 1) You can certainly save money by eating at home most of the time, and 2) There are plenty of folks in the service industry who work hard and I wouldn’t lump them in with the bad ones]
