Can someone tell me how to get in on the class action lawsuit with Summit Gas?

My bill was never over $200 even in the winter under Centerpoint and it has not been less than $400 since the change. There is no way the switch just happened to happen exactly at the same time gas prices “suddenly” went up. This is simple price gouging and they need to be held responsible for their crimes!

General’s office is taking official complaints from Summit Utilities customers.

If you look at their web site ( arkansasag. gov) there are a bunch of different contacts for different issues and it can be a little overwhleming. The direct phone line number is ( 501) 6822007, but there is a menu you have to sort through from there. An easier way to make sure your concerns is to email the Consumer Protection Division at consumer@ ArkansasAG. gov. and you’ll have a paper

How about we worry about getting the roads fixed and the ditches cleared before we worry about how much any of these city officials make? It’s public service.

It’s not supposed to be your full time job! [ Editor’s Note: I don’t live in West Memphis so this isn’t really my concern, but I do see where you’re coming from, and it’s something to consider…]
