Earle mayor to speak at special gathering

Come one, come all to a celebration of Black History on Sunday Feb. 26, at 500 West Broadway, in West Memphis on Meadowbrook Square.
“A Charge to Keep I Have” is the lead message of the celebration, and will include a panel of guest speakers, including new Earle Mayor Jaylen Smith. The event is sponsored by the Earle Cardinal Alumni Club and Quincy’s 3H Foundation.
