Something has got to be done about the traffic at the schools. It is especially terrible at the VPA the old Avondale School! People are so rude and inconsiderate and they will not do anything about it even when there is a police officer right there people will not even practice common courtesy!

afternoon drop- off and pick- up. I have seen where some schools elsewhere are doing a “ staggered” schedule where a third of the students start at, say, 7: 45 a. m., a third at 8: 15 and the final third at 8: 45, with corresponding dismissal times, say 2: 45 p. m., 3: 15 and 3: 45, to alleviate traffic issues as well as allow for staggered lunch times and other things. I don’t know if it would work here.
