Fall Volleyball Signups

The J.W. Rich Girls Club is holding fall volleyball signups now through Monday, Aug. 15. Registration is open for girls ages 7-18. The cost is $60 per player (plus membership fees if not already paid). Register online through the J.W. Picnic with the Principal

Join the faculty and staff at West Junior High School for a fun time and tour of the all new school. Students, parents, friends and the community are invited to attend, Saturday, July 30, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Cornhole League

Bridge Church, 2921 Hwy. 77, is hosting a Cornhole League, Sundays at 4 p.m. Entry fee is $10 per person. Cash prizes offered. Anyone is welcome.

Cornerstone Church Service

Food Drive

The Shield and Mid-South Food Bank are teaming up for a Food Drive, Saturday, Aug. 5, beginning at 8 a.m., with the goal of feeding 300 local families. 105 E. Bond Ave., in West Memphis.

Back to School Fair

The City of West Memphis’s Community Outreach Department is hosting a Back to School Resource Fair in the old courthouse parking lot, 100 Court St., on Saturday, Aug. 6, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., featuring free food, school supplies, important information and more. SSGT Taylor Hoover Memorial 5K
