ROBERT HALL (cont.) ‘ We have a strong economy’ and promised that the Biden administration’s

' plan right now is to do that transition from that growth that we've seen in the economy to a more stable and steady growth.'

You bet'cha!

One of their own even had an answer to rising inflation… sort of… National Economic Council Director Brian Deese said on Wednesday that the United States can address high inflation by passing more spending bills.

But, first even the CNN reporter asked him, upon first hearing this, doubted aloud:

“ Brian, that more spending is not what you typically do in the face of high inflation. How do we break out of that circle?”

Whereupon Deese exposited, ever so wisely, the following:

“ I think you have to look at the unique situation that we're in as an economy and think about how do we build more supply, how do we increase the productive capacity of our economy, so that we actually can supply more goods, bring prices down,” replied Deese, who formerly worked as a senior adviser to President Barack Obama.

Wow. Those lefty Democrats really go it going on, don't they?

But hearing this, and not wishing to be outdone in the 'Deep Thoughts' department, Kamala came out again later in the week with this, on the topic of transportation, on July 13:

' We are expanding access to transportation. You need to get to go and need to be able to get where you need to go to do the work and get home.'

Really knows how to work a crowd, doesn't she?

So good in fact, that Meghan Groob, Kamala's chief speechwriter, is leaving less than four months into the job.

Who knew that someone actually wrote Kamala's speeches? We all thought she did them herself…at a bar during happy hour…on an Etch-a-Sketch.

But 'ol Meghan Groob won't be alone. Joining her, as reported by the Washington Post is Harris' longest service aide, Rohini Kosoglu-who is also leaving the office.

Wonder why?

'Tis a puzzlement.

Especially when the Democrats have such brilliant stars, like Pete Buttigieg, to guide us all. The Department of Transportation Secretary was on a radio talk show recently, all smiles, as he informed us of his latest

' We're for cutting the cost of electric vehicles, because when you have an electric vehicle then you're also gonna be able to save on gas, but you've got to be able to afford it in the first place.'

Buttigieg continued, ' Now we're actually starting to see on some models, the cost come to where, even if your car payment's a little higher, your gas payment will be a little lower and you come out ahead.'

The clip ended with him claiming, ' But the prices still need to come down for most Americans to be able to get an EV.'

Words to live by…yeah, yeah, yeah.

Hope you enjoyed these “Deep Thoughts” of the week.
