BABY DUCKS

Maddux Elementary first-grade teacher Linda Williams had her students out enjoying a lovely May day on Tuesday when they had some unusual visitors in the form of a gaggle of baby ducks with no Mama Duck in sight. Fortunately and strangely enough, one of Mrs. Williams’ fellow teachers often fosters baby ducks for the West Memphis Animal Shelter, so the flock was boxed up and brought in for safe keeping until the end of the school day.
