Notice of School Election

In accordance with ACA 711-107, since both West Memphis School Districts and Marion School Districts do not have a change in their millage rates and since neither of these school districts has a contested race for school board positions, said election scheduled for May 18, 2021, the Crittenden County Election Commission has been requested by each school district to not hold an election and to certify that each respective candidate shall elected per the statute.

There will not be a need to hold an election and each candidate is elected in accordance to ACA 7-11107.
