The City of Marion recently welcomed Freddie Thorne (left) as the City’s new Building Inspector. Jerry Kelley (right) has moved into the role of Water Dept. Manager.
Thorne recently came to the city to serve as Fire Inspector after retiring from the West Memphis Fire Dept.
