Thanks to a Crime Stoppers tip, U.S. Marshals and Wynne Police nabbed a man wanted for the The Thanksgiving Day shooting at the Valero gas station in Earle. County Sheriff Mike Allen thanked the U.S. Marshall’s fugitive task force and the Wynne police for their investigation and capture 26-yearold Stacy Malcom Abram of Earle.
Abram was booked Thursday and held on $115,000 bond. He faced charged of battery in the first degree, failure to appear and probation violations. “We had him in the paper with Crime Stoppers,” said Allen. “One of our investigators got information though Crime Stoppers he was in Wynne and passed the information along to the task force that had been working on him.”
Mike Allen said gas station video helped identify Abrams as the shooter.
“They actually have him on video getting out of his dad’s truck and shooting across two islands,” said Allen. “He shot a guy a row over. He was struck but it was not life threatening.”
