Donna Demuth

Donna Hudson Demuth, of West Memphis, Arkansas, was called home to be with her Savior on January 10, 2021. She was one of seven children born to Nobie and Grady Hudson, in Magnolia, Arkansas, on August 24, 1929.

Donna graduated from Magnolia High School in 1947 and the University of Arkansas in 1951, with a BS in Home Economics. She met the love of her life, Marvin Demuth, while attending the university and they were married after graduation in 1951.

Donna was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church of West Memphis for many years. Family was always an important part of her life. She exemplified the Proverbs 31 woman who loved her Lord and her family. She was a woman of love and grace and a role model to many. Her family loved her and was so blessed to have her in their lives.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Marvin Demuth.

Donna is survived by her two daughters, Diane Lewis (John) and Karen Hill; five grandchildren, Casey Lewis Smith, Mark Elliott Lewis, Justin Jennings Hill, Gloria Denise Hill and Joy Marie Hill, as well as seven great-grandchildren.

Donna was a good friend, a great mother, and a loving wife. She will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, only a private burial will be held at this time.
