I would like to thank whoever changed the speed limit on Hino Road from 30 mph to 45 mph. I’m a truck driver that travels that road several times a day. I would set my cruise control on 45 mph anyway because trying to get us to drive 30 mph is very improbable.

because the Hino Road bridge was on the verge of collapse and they were taking forever to actually get it repaired. Now that the work is done, I guess it was OK to raise the speed limit

*** I guess the mandatory mask rule doesn’t apply to some folks. Just left Walmart and while there was mostly everyone wearing them, they were not wearing them correct and there were a few not wearing them at all. It must be pretty cool to believe yourself to be ao special the rules do not apply to you…

[ Editor’s Note: While there are some legitimate reasons for not wearing a mask and some exemptions to the mandate ( children under 10, those with medical conditions that preclude wearing a mask, etc.) I’d be willing to bet most of what you saw was probably exactly what you describe…
