Richard Earl “Ricky” Pitman, 60, born Dec.
21, 1959, departed Feb.
8, 2020.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Phyllis Pitman, and brother John T. Pitman.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Donna Jackson Pitman of Proctor, Arkansas; a sister, Elaine Mann of Ozark, Missouri; sister-in-law Linda Pitman; Michelle Whitaker (Jeremy) of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; Michael Pitman (Amy) of Marion, Arkansas; William Brewer (Amanda) of Lepanto, Arkansas; and many other relatives and friends.
Ricky devoted his life to his Christian faith.
He enjoyed serving his communities. It was his passion. He was also a member of Marion Lodge #686. He had many hobbies and he enjoyed spending time with friends.
A memorial celebration will be held at Bright Star M.B. Church, 25 Thornton St., in Anthonyville, Arkansas, on Saturday, Feb. 22, at 1 p.m.
