Lady Red Imps Impress

The East Junior High Lady Red Imps had a dominating performance against the Wynne Junior Lady Yellowjackets on Jan. 23, with a monster defensive effort. Any time you can hold an opponent to single digits, it’s impressive, and that’s just what the Lady Red Imps did, beating Wynne 34-8, giving up just four points in the first quarter and then only four more the last three quarters of the game. Scoring for the Red Imps: Jayla Hudson (13 points), Carmen Stewart (7 points), Lula Tranfaglia (4 points), Kaiya Newsom (3 points), Aniya Vornes (3 points), Kayla Hudson (2 points) and Mariah LeFlore (2 points).
