Members of the Beautiful Zion M.B.

Church, 420 S. 15th St., West Memphis, will be hosting their annual Women’s Day program, Sunday, Oct. 27, beginning at 11 a.m.. Guest speaker will be, Evangelist Gala Gailes, Powerhouse Church of God In Christ, Memphis.

Also, the Beautiful Zion Women’s Ministry will present “The State of the Mind Pageant” skit. Each contestant will be competing to determine which one has a mind that is most Christ like. Dr. E.D. Whitfield is Pastor.

• Fall Revival — Members of Heavenly Gates Fellowship Ministry, 2805 South Service Rd., West Memphis, will be hosting their fall revival, Friday Oct. 25, beginning a 7 p.m.

Speaker will be Prophetess Gloria Broome with God Ministries Christian Church of Memphis, Tennessee. Pastor R.L. Hunter invites one and all to attend this annual event.

• Special Invitation —

The Old St. Paul Church family is inviting the public to come and worship with them Sunday beginning at 8:45 a.m. for Sunday School followed by worship service beginning at 10 a.m. Pastor Anthony will be preaching the word of God. Parents are being advised that there will not be children’s church Sunday, Oct. 27. All youth from 7th to 12th grades are invited to youth service beginning at 10 a.m. to be held in the old sanctuary.

Youth speaker will be Minister Darrell Anthony. Also, there will be a healing and deliverance service Sunday beginning at 6 p.m. with Minister Fred Leonard preaching the word of God. Host pastor is Frederick S.

Anthony, who says, “We are a church that grow people and glorify God.”

• Musical Celebration Church members with the Beautiful Zion Church, 420 S. 15th St., West Memphis, are inviting community members to attend a special pre-anniversary musical celebration by Brother Keith Whitfield and the Whitfield and Company Chorale.

Just some of the guests include: Sister Yolonda Homes, of Memphis; The Weatherspoon Singers; The Blending Vices Worship and Ministry Choir; VYAA Praise Dancers; Mt. Zion Choir of Clarkedale; New Bethel Church Of God In Christ; the Temple of Refuge Church Choir; Sister Carrie McClure; Sisters in Christ and the Whitfield and Company Chorale Choir. Dr. E.D. Whitfield is host pastor with Keith Whitfield as sponsor.

• Anniversary Celebration — Members of New Beginning Outreach Ministry, 135 South 9th St., West Memphis, will be celebrating “Pastor and Wife 18th Anniversary Program”, Sunday,, Oct. 27, beginning at 3 p.m. The program is honoring Pastor W.J.

and Lady Rita Coleman.

Guests include, United Fellowship and their pastor, Rev. Townsend. Other guests will include: Mt.

Olive and Pastor Brooks from Osceola, Rev. James Shannon of Memphis and a host of others. Church members are inviting one and all to help show “love for our Anointed Apostle and his rib.” Sponsors are, Sisters Judy Barnes and Nikita Smith who said, “Don’t meet us there, beat us there.”

• Candlelight Program — Members of Mt. Calvary M.B. Church, will be celebrating their Usher’s Candlelight Program Sunday, Oct. 27 beginning at 3 p.m. Theme of the program is Serve The Lord with Gladness. Chairperson for the program is Sister Betty Collins.

Pastor Gary Hibbler welcomes members of the community to participate in the program.

• “God’s Grace” —

Greater St. Mark Christian Church, 208 S. 8th St., West Memphis will be having a special service beginning at 9 a.m. Sunday entitled “Expounding on the Grace of God Toward Man.” Pastor S.L. Smith welcomes one and all to this very special service.

Also, Pastor Smith will be guest speaker at Mt.

Zion Baptist Church in Clarkedale and will join in the anniversary celebration of Pastor Leo and Evangelist Marie Hayslett beginning at 2:30 p.m.

• Appreciation Event — Mt. Vernon M.B.C., 893 Griffin Rd., Clarkedale, will be hosting a special musician appreciation event, Sunday, Oct. 27, beginning at 2:30 p.m., according to Rev. Spencer Knighten, pastor.

Guests will include, Rev. Derrick Barnes and Community Choir, New Homes MBC, Crawfordsville, Greater Bethlehem, Proctor, and God’s Church Through Christ Temple, Memphis.

• Special Program —

The Gospel Jubilees will host a special program Sunday beginning at 7 p.m. at the I am Apart M.B.C., 600 Vanderbilt Ave., West Memphis. Guest groups include: 4 Stars, Consolators, Serenity, Sanders Quartets, Carrie McClure, Christian Royaletts, Calvin Delights, Blending Voices, Carylon Troop Worship and Ministry.

The public is invited to attend.

• Annual Usher’s Day — New Hope Church, 817 S. 14th St., West Memphis, will be celebrating Ushers Day this Sunday during the morning services which will begin at 11 a.m.

Sunday school classes will begin at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Troy McClenton, pastor preaching. The public is invited to attend.

• First Marion Renovation Dedication — Marion First Baptist Church, 2137 Hwy. 77, in Marion, will be holding a special service on Sunday, Nov. 3, from 10 a.m. until noon, to dedicate their newly renovated sanctuary. Special guests will include former pastor Mark Baber and former worship leader Lee Barnett and his wife Elizabeth.

The community is invited to a morning of praise and worship.

• Keeping It Real Ministry— Will be celebrating Pastor Randy and Sis Vanessa Smith’s 9th Love Day on Sunday, November 3rd 2019 at 3:00pm, at Eugene Woods Civic Center in West Memphis, AR. Our special guest will be Pastor Fredrick Anthony and Old St. Paul Church.
