A Little Recogntion

West Memphis City Councilwoman Melanie Hutchinson offered her official appreciation for the mentoring Councilman Willis Mondy as Mayor Marco McClendon extended congratulations. Hutchinson thanked Mondy during the first meeting in October for his efforts in his ongoing work on the council and for helping her become established on the city board.
