MJHS 8th grader named to National All-American team
Junior Pats hopefull makes second appearance on roster

A Marion eighth-grader has made a habit of shining on the baseball diamond, and he’s still in junior high. For the second year in a row, Dalton Mabry was named to the National All-American Baseball Team Mabry, a soon-to-be 8th-grader at Marion Junior High School, earned not only back-to-back National All-American Baseball Team honors, his play earned him trips all over the region, including games in Vierra, Florida two weekends ago, July 28-Aug 2. The Southeast All-Star travel team he plays on came in 3rd place and finished 2nd overall.
He hopes to add Marion Baseball Team to his list of accomplishments this year when he becomes eligible to try out for the Patriots ahead of his Freshman year in the spring.
