Arkansas, passed away in Pensacola, Florida, on Sunday, July 14, 2019.

Clyde was born July 23, 1950, in Memphis Tennessee to Elton and Alma Arnett.

He was a 1968 graduate of Kennett High School in Kennett, Missouri.

After his graduation, he enlisted in the United States Navy as a corpsman, and he was a veteran of the Vietnam War.

He married Linda Worley Arnett on October 31, 1971 in Oakland, California. Upon his return to West Memphis, he first began working as a surgical technician at the Baptist Central Hospoital.

He spent the majority of his career working for the City of West Memphis at the Utility Department. In his spare time, he enjoyed manyartistic pursuits, such as poetry, lyrcism, wood working, painting and repurposing.

Clyde is preceded in death by his father Elton McFerrin Arnett and mother Alma Dean Arnett.

Clyde is survived by his son Bryan Arnett of West Memphis; his daughter Brandy Allison and son-inlaw Jason Allison of West Memphis; his sister Lynda Wise and brother-in-law Cliff Wise of Hughes; and his grandchildren, Mason Arnett, Murphy Arnett, Mali Arnett, Emma Gayle Allison and Watson Allison.
