Patriots Cheer Team Shows Spirit
Squad earns team, individual awards at camp competition

The Marion Patriots High School Cheerleading had a standout showing in cheer camp competition last week.
Team Awards included: Rally Routine Champion, Gameday Champion, Spirit Stick, and a bid to Nationals.
Several Patriot cheerleasers also earned Individual awards, including:
• Pin-it Forward Leadership Award – Meredith Whited.
• All-American – Tatum Brown (11th grade), Jayla Harper (12th grade), Kellie Dukes (11th grade) Dukes was also named to the Top Camp All-American Team.
• Star Jumper Winners & Finalists – Clancey Pearcy (12th grade, Finalist), Alex Moyes (11th grade, Finalist), Baylee Trammell (11th grade, Finalist), Ally Phillips (10th grade, Finalist), Gabby Gill (10th grade, Finalist), Madison Chesney (10th grade, Winner), Kellie Dukes (11th grade, Winner) and Rachel Gaines (12th grade, Winner).
• Star Tumbler Winners & Finalists – Emily French (10th grade, Finalist), Avery Cook (10th grade, Finalist), Sarah Hood (11th grade, Finalist), Kamryn Shelton (11th grade, Finalist), Rachel Gaines (12th grade, Finalist), Gabby Gill (10th grade, Winner), Kellie Dukes (11th grade, Winner) and Clancey Pearcy (12th grade, Winner)
• Star Stunt Winners & Finalists: Madison Chesney, Sarah Hood, Jayla Harper, and Kamryn Shelton (Finalists), Gabby Gill, Ally Phillips, Clancey Pearcy, and Rachel Coleman (Winners).
