Community Egg Hunt April 20
Evening Times, West Memphis Police partner for annual Easter celebration
ralphhardin@gmail.com The biggest Easter egg hunt in the county is coming up on Saturday, April 20, rain or shine.
Presented by the West Memphis Police Department and The Evening Times, the community is invited to be a part of the fun, beginning at 10 a.m. at Worthington Park in West Memphis. There will be carnival rides, funnel cakes, snow-cones, a petting zoo, and fun for everyone.
And if it rains, no problem! In the event of inclement weather, the hunt will take place inside at the Crittenden County Boys & Girls Club, located on the northeast corner of the park.
The egg hunt is for children from ages one to 10, but everyone in the community is welcome to come out and be a part of the celebration. And bring your camera! The Easter Bunny will make a special appearance to meet the kids and have photos taken.
Any business or community organizations wishing to be a part of this year’s hunt, contact the Evening Times, (870) 735-1010.
