Tigers host Temple on Thursday

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis athletic department announced Monday that the annual faculty and staff appreciation game will be at the home football game on Thursday, Oct. 6. The game is slated to start at 7 p.m. against Temple and will be televised live on ESPN.

Each member of the University of Memphis faculty and staff is eligible to receive two free tickets to this game. Seats will be available exclusively by visiting the athletic ticket office in the Penny Hardaway Hall of Fame Tuesday, Oct. 4 and Wednesday, Oct. 5 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

'The University of Memphis is an extraordinary place and the people are what make it so special,' said athletic director Tom Bowen. 'This is a very small way for us to say thank you to our co-workers for their efforts and support of our student-athletes.'

These tickets will not be available online or via phone call, and faculty and staff must bring their current ID for verification.
