Crowley’s Ridge Technical Institute At Crowley's Ridge Technical Institute in Forrest City, the Practical Nursing program's mission is to prepare students to function as health care team members in acute care settings, community clinics, long term care facilities, and assisted living residences.
The Application Process for the next Practical Nursing class is now underway and ends in April for the next class that begins in July. Prospective students must have a high school diploma or GED, pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
The Practical Nursing faculty will have an information session for prospective students on Monday, Feb. 22, at 5:30 p.m., in the CRTI nursing building. Objectives for the Practical Nursing program will be presented along with the requirements necessary for acceptance and how the faculty can help candidates meet the requirements. Financial aid information will be available. Light refreshments will also be served.
