Delta Cuisine, the local commercial kitchen and food incubator, wants to help local entreprenurialminded chefs explore the possibilities of turning their passion for cooking into profits.

On Monday, Jan. 25, Delta Cuisine, in partnership with ASU Mid-South, will be hosting an Open House from 6 to 8 p.m.

Delta Cuisine is located on the North Campus of ASU Mid-South, 2000 W. Broadway in West Memphis. The program offers access to a licensed, commercial-grade kitchen, plus technical and business training customizeable to fit any individual project.

The Open House will give those who participate a

“taste” of Delta Cuisineʼs state-of-the-art kitchen facilities and coaching for aspiring food business entrepreneurs.
