MES third grade musical ‘Go West’

Third grade students at Marion Elementary School entertained teachers and parents last week with their production of “Go West,” a musical by John Jacobson and Roger Emerson. In addition to the title number, students sang “Wagons Ho!” with solos by Gavin Gage and Hayden Reschke, “My Pony and Me,” with solos by Tana Rich, Maylei Purcell and Aurion Sanders, as well as four addition numbers. The youngsters got into the visuals of “Steamboatin’,” dressing the part for individual appearances.
