Ida Bea Whitaker, 98, of Joiner died Wednesday, Dec. 26,2018, in Los Angeles, California. She is survived by a sister-in-law, Inez Whitaker of Blytheville; a special niece who cared for her, Maxine Whiter of Hawthorne, California; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation was on Friday, Jan. 4, in the Anthony Funeral Home South Chapel. Services were Saturday, Jan. 5, in St. Mark M. B. Church at Joiner, with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial in St. Mark Church Cemetery.
