“The only policy we have is to not allow messed up trailers to come into the city,” Luckett said. “That’s where the pictures come on. Even if it is older, if it has been fixed up we have sometimes allowed them.”

Councilman Robert Malone said he doesn’t see a problem allowing a new trailer to be set inside the city.

“If it meets all the requirements, I say yes,” Malone said.

The Council voted 5-2 to allow the trailer.
