Clarence Woody, 76, Proctor, died Thursday, Aug. 23, 2018 in Proctor.

Clarence was born in Blytheville to Joe Elmer and Vemie (Davis) Woody. He was an owner/operator of C& R Diesel.

Clarence leaves three children, Michael Woody, Bryan Woody (Tori), and Donna Thomas (Gary); and six grandchildren, Barry Thomas, Josh Thomas, Ryan Woody, Kayla Woody, Chesney Woody and Ethan Woody. He also leaves one brother, James Woody (Ellen); and two sisters, Tricia Allen (Chuck) and Cathy Wilson.

Funeral services Monday, Aug. 27th at 1 p.m. at Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Dogwood Cemetery.
