Something always fills the void that is left

That “something” is sometimes very bad and destructive, and as we go along the way, I think that we will find out in time what's filling the void in America as far as God is concerned is going to be very bad.

The more we move away from God and turn our backs on our Christian principles, the more room is left for the dark side to move in. And if you think about it, I think you will come to the conclusion that most of the world has already turned its back on the true living God and replaced it with more of their destructive “gods,” which I believe to come straight out of the dark world.

It's like everything in life that happens, even if it's bad sometimes, because the longer you live in it, the easier it is to accept it as a way of life. And as hard as we are trying to turn our back on God the easier it will be for America to except the next religious thing that comes down the road. And believe me, there is a bunch coming down our road, because if you just look around you will see that you accept things today that just a few years ago there was no way you would have. Believe me, that is the way it always starts, even back in the biblical days when Jesus himself was walking here on earth.

Those little things that you do and think in your life and you think no one will ever know just make it easier for you to maybe do a little bigger thing the next time. Be assured he does know, but it's up to you as to how much you care if he knows or not.

This reminds me of the cold water in the pan on the stove with the frog in it. When the water started out cold but very slowly came to a boil the frog didn't jump out because he didn't see the danger that was ahead. By then it was too late so he ended up dead. And so it is with God and America. I just can't help but believe when it happens, the people will say I just never thought it would go that far and believe me a lot of us older ones today are saying those very words about today, and folks we haven't seen anything yet.

The reason I believe this so strongly is by the very fact that he said there shall be no other gods before me, so for me that case is closed. Now I can get along with almost anyone (unless they try to change my thought on God, then that is a deal breaker). Can you say the same thing? I know that a lot of you that read this will probably say that this guy is always talking about something that most believe will never happen. Because they just want to live their lives and do their thing and a lot of their thing sure doesn’t match up with what God would want you to do. But what if it does happen the way I said? Now what? You know, I have often thought what would you and I do if it came down it — where you had to stand in front of someone that had the power to execute you in a horrible way if you answered a question wrong? Are you a Christian and do you believe that Jesus is the son of God? And if you deny him then you get to live, but if you answer that question with yes then your head is cut off.

I know some of you are thinking that will never happen in America, but be assured that a lot of people around the world thought the same thing in their country, but they die everyday in some of the most horrific ways that you can think of when they proclaim their Christian faith. And most of this started back hundreds of years because they thought the same way as we Americans do today — as long as we just let people do their thing then they will leave me alone. But you’ve got to understand that when they look at the way you worship God that is a danger to them because of who is running their life from that dark world.

But to look on something a little brighter, spring is not too far down the road, unless he returns to get his people, so now I have given you something else to ponder. God bless you and yours, and my prayer is when his says come up hither you and I will have a race to see who gets to the cloud first.
