It was an all-out celebration of Dr. Seuss’ birthday at Avondale Elementary School last Wednesday, with the Cat in the Hat and other Seussian creations making an appearance. Above: Kindergarten teacher Katie Astin and her class dressed the part. Below: Thing 1 and Thing 2 still had to do their school work, though. They had to do it here and there. They had to do it everywhere.
