Former Southland GM’s hiring positions I Square Management for future growth
I Square Management LITTLE ROCK — I Square Management, a privately- owned hotel Development and management company, announced today that Troy Keeping is its new president.
Keeping, a 30-year veteran of the hospitality industry, was formerly with Delaware North and managed its Southland Park Gaming and Racing enterprise in West Memphis. He successfully managed other operations within the company as well including restaurants, entertainment, and hotel partnerships “We are excited to have someone of Troy's experience and successful track record join our team,” said Shash Goyal, I Square Management CEO & Chairman. “He was instrumental in turning around Southland Park Gaming & Racing from a struggling business into a premier destination in Arkansas by driving record growth, profits and visitation.”
Prior to joining Delaware North, Keeping served in executive roles with Majestic Star Casino, Horseshoe Gaming Holding Corporation, and Isle of Capri Casinos.

I Square Management owns a strong portfolio of hotels under various franchise names such as IHG, Choice Hotels, Marriott, Wyndham Hotel, and Hilton. It currently has operations in Arkansas, Tennessee, and California.
