Arkansas state senator Keith Ingram (right) gave a state legislation salute to Bill Kessinger, the long-time superintendent of West Memphis Schools. Ingram introduced it to the state house and then followed up by presenting a plaque to the Kessinger family, including (from left) son Mike, daughter Kathy and wife Shirley.
