Jim Everett McCutchen, 65, of West Memphis died Thursday, Dec. 8, 2016 at Baptist Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

Jim was proceeded in death by his parents, Jerry and Beauton Akins McCutchen and his wife, Eve Harrington McCutchen all of West Memphis. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, Dec. 12, at 6:30 p.m., at Trinity Baptist Church, 521 Graham in West Memphis.

Jim is survived by three sisters, Hope Carroll (Robert, deceased) of Peachtree Corners, Georgia, Charlotte Mouser (Doyce) of West Memphis and Melodie Roedel (Darrel) of Evansville, Indiana. He had nieces and nephews, Ambrey Howard, Chuck Comfort, Brad Carroll, Jennifer Mercer, Gary Garrett and Ryan Garrett.

Jim was born in Forrest City on June 26, 1951, and resided in West Memphis from 1954 until his death. Jim was a Master Electrician with IBEW in Memphis, a member of the West Memphis Masonic Lodge and a member of Trinity Baptist Church. In Lieu of flowers, the family request that Memorials be made to the charity of your choice.
