Families posed all around the park taking their first holiday photos of the season together.

Family togetherness. This family tried to squeeze into the selfie frame for a photo by the city tree. The 43 foot tall fir tree trucked from Wisconsin is one of the tallest city trees on display in the country.

The weather was just right for a night surrounded in Christmas light.

The WMPD’s resident “Crime Dog” was on the scene making sure law and order were kept.

Santa arrived in style at the West Memphis tree lighting in Worthington Park. The Fire Department’s vintage truck served as the sleigh delivering the VIP to the festivities.

The tree lined berm along Missouri Street sweeps into the scene ending in a holiday smile. Merry Christmas West Memphis.
