Edith C. Capps

Edith C. Capps, 91, of Wynne, formerly of Earle, died Monday, Oct. 31, 2016, at the Flo and Phil Hospice House in Jonesboro.

Mrs. Capps was a member of the Earle First Assembly of God Church, and retired from Earle Industries.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John W. Barron and Molly B. Watson Barron; her first husband of 37 years, Bill Mynatt; and her second husband of 22 years, Rufus Capps.

She is survived by four daughters, Carolyn Mynatt Milam of Wynne, Dianne Mynatt Shannon (Bobby) of Marion, Elaine Mynatt Luff (Howard) of Lake City and Janet Mynatt Washburn (Donnie) of Reidsville, North Carolina; two sons, Larry Mynatt (Pam) of Springdale and Jimmy Mynatt (Betty) of Marion; four sisters, Mary Bumgarner of Forrest City, Chris McAlister and Lois Potts both of Mt. View and Doris Thompson of Thayer, Missouri; two brothers, Buddy Barron of Wynne and Danny Barron of Jonesboro; eleven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time at 12 noon on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016, at the Earle First Assembly of God Church with burial following at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, Arkansas.
