Watershed Restored

“Watershed,” the artistically-illuminated landmark on East Broadway, stood fully lit once again over the new West Memphis Library and Innovation Center Tuesday night. Artist Randy Walker troubleshot the tank’s light outage (under warranty with the lighting manufacturer) to restore the tank’s top lights and give the tower total illumination.
