This whopper was caught by Climon Williams last week out at Horseshoe Lake. Grab a rod-and-reel and hit your local fishing hole this week. No license required through Sunday, thanks to a special waiver from the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission. Just be sure to stay at least six feet away from your fellow anglers.
