WMFD to the Rescue!
Talk about a tall order! West Memphis firefighters were called out to rescue a cat who had been stuck for two days during the storm. Area residents tried to entice the cat down with food, but no luck. WMFD Ladder 1 and the West Memphis Animal Shelter assisted Company 2 in the rescue. The cat is in the care of the shelter, and getting nourishment and lots of TLC. Pictured (left to right) are: Lt.
