The Lady Greyhounds will be on the road for their first action following the Christmas break.

Saturday, Jan. 4, ASU Mid-South will be across the river at Southwest Tennessee Community College to take on the Lady Salukis, with a 1 p.m. tip-off time.

The ASU Mid-South Greyhounds will kick off the post-holiday portion of their schedule on Monday, Jan. 6. The 2020 leg of the season tips off when the Greyhounds hit the road to take on the University of Arkansas-Cossatot at 7:30 p.m. in Ashdown.

The Blue Devils return to action following the Christmas break on Friday, Jan. 10, at 7 p.m., on the road taking on the Marion Patriots in a 5A East Conference game. Then on Tuesday, Jan. 14, the Blue Devils host the Searcy lions, with action beginning at 5 p.m. in West Memphis.

• Marion Boys Basketball — The Marion Patriots will be in action this weekend, taking on Memphis East of Memphis, Tenn., at 2 p.m.

on Saturday, Jan. 4, as part of the ARS National Hoopfest at Briarcrest Christian School in Memphis. The Patriots begin 5A Conference play on Friday, Jan. 10, when they host the West Memphis Blue Devils, beginning

at 7 p.m. at Patriots

• Earle Boys Basketball — The Earle Bulldogs will be in action Friday, Jan. 3, on the road taking on McCrory High School, beginning at 6 p.m. The Bulldogs will be at home on Tuesday, Jan.

7, against Barton High School of Lexa. Tipoff time is 6 p.m. in Earle.

Then on Tuesday, Jan. 14, the Bulldogs welcome rivals East Poinsett County of Lepanto. Game time from Earle is 6 p.m.

*** West Memphis Christian Basketball — The WMCS Black Knights will return from the Winter Break on Tuesday, Jan. 7, when all four Black Knights teams (Junior High Boys, Junior High Girls, Senior High Girls & Senior High Boys) will be in action, taking on Rossville Academy on the road. The Black Knights will return home on Friday, Jan. 10, facing Marvell Academy.

• West Memphis Girls Basketball — The Lady Devils return to action following the Christmas break on Friday, Jan.

10, at 5 p.m., on the road taking on the Lady Patriots of Marion in a 5A East Conference game.

Then on Tuesday, Jan.

14, the Lady Devils host the Lady Lions of Searcy, with action beginning at 5 p.m. in West Memphis.

• Marion Girls Basketball — The Lady Patriots will be in action this weekend, taking on Conway High School., at 5 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 3, at home inside Patriots Arena. The Patriots begin 5A Conference play on Friday, Jan. 10, when they host the Lady Blue Devils of the Academies of West Memphis. Tipoff time is 5 p.m. in Marion.

• Earle Girls Basketball — The Lady Bulldogs will be in action Friday, Jan. 3, on the road taking on McCrory High School, beginning at 5 p.m. The Lady Bulldogs will be at home on Tuesday, Jan. 7, against Barton High School of Lexa. • J.W. Rich Girls Club Basketball — Registration in underway for the J.W. Rich Girls Club 2019-20 3-on-3 basketball season. Stop by the club, 519 Shoppingway Blvd., in West Memphis, to register. The cost is $60 per player for members, $75 for non-members. Club office hours are 3 to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.

• Winter Volleyball —

Registration in underway for the J.W. Rich Girls Club 2019-20 winter volleyball season. The cost for is $50 per player for members, $60 for non-members. Stop by the club office, 519 Shoppingway Blvd., in West Memphis, between 3 and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, for more information or to sign up.

• Herbert Carter Missions Memorial Golf Tournament — Get a team and compete in the Herbert Carter Missions Memorial Golf Tournament, on April 20, 2020.

The tournament will be a 4-man scramble at Marion Golf & Athletic Club.

Register at Marion First Baptist Church. The cost is $300 per team. Lunch will be provided at noon, with tee time at 1 p.m.

Support missions, enjoy a round of golf and win prizes.
