The Christmas Spirit was moving through West Memphis Tuesday night as the annual Christmas Parade made its way through the community. Civic groups, clubs, businesses, schools and other organizations represented themselves well with colorful holiday floats and plenty of Christmas cheer on a cold but festive evening.
