Local writer featured in Chicken Soup for the Soul Christmas Book

A local woman will be featured in a collection of inspirational stories. Laurie Adams of West Memphis was one of 101 writers chosen to have their true stories published in the 2018 “Chicken Soup for the Soul Christmas” book. Laurie was one of over 6,000 writers who submitted their short stories for consideration. The “Chicken Soup” series, which first launched in 1993, now includes more than 200 titles and the series has sold more than 500 million copies worldwide in more than 40 languages.
