Rafael Smith, 6, of West Memphis, died Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2018 in LeBonheur Children's Hospital, Memphis. He is survived by his father, Cornelius Smith of Roswell, Georgia; his mother, Stephanie Martin of West Memphis; grandmothers, David La’Shell Smith of West Memphis and Edwina Martin of Atlanta, Georgia; and his grandfather, Jermaine Smith of Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Services Saturday, Oct. 6, 11 a.m. in Old St. Paul M. B. Church with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial in Marion Memorial Cemetery. Anthony Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
