Last Tuesday evening, tasty treats and culinary creations were on the menu for Taste of the Town, a major fundraiser for Main Street West Memphis.

Diners had the opportunity to “take a bite of West Memphis,” as the annual food fair returned. Sponsored once again by signature sponsor Evolve Bank & Trust and hosted by Southland Park Gaming & Racing, Taste of the Town, now in its 16th year, was a hit with the crowd.

And, of course there were prizes awarded to whoever’s cuisine reigned supreme: Best Appetizer went to The Kreme Bowl Best Entree went to Custom Catering Best Desert went to Mouritsen’s Danish Bakery Proceeds from Taste of the Town enable the Main Street West Memphis program to maintain daily operations, provide funds improvements and offer training and resource workshops to support the businesses in the Broadway District and beyond This year’s sponsors included Flash Market, JR& K Printing, the Landers Firm, Quality Flooring, and Eat Drink & ReMarry.
