Crawfordsville Library closed for renovations

Long- awaited upgrades, expansion underway

Crittenden County Library Director As of Wednesday, Aug. 1, the Crawfordsville Public Library will be closed for renovations. The renovations are expected to be completed in December.

Crawfordsville Librarian Patty Jenkins will be inviting everyone to come and see the renovated library when it is completed. More information on the reopening of the Crawfordsville Public Library will be provided as the renovations get closer to completion.

Patrons who currently have books checked out from the Crawfordsville Public Library may return them to the book drop box that is still located at the library location at 5444 Main Street in Crawfordsville, or they may return their books to the Woolfolk Public Library in Marion.

While the Crawfordsville Library is closed, patrons are invited to visit Woolfolk Public Library at 100 N. Currie Street in Marion to check out books, use the computers or free Wi-Fi, and for all of their library needs.
